Bridgewater Housing Community was established in late 1990s with a vision to maintain a high quality housing community while preserving an important asset: our homes. The below covenants were established to maintain harmony and set expectation of our neighbors, our homes, and our neighborhood. This is our official statement of what is and is not acceptable in Bridgewater. The Declaration goes into details about every aspect of neighborhood living and the amendments that have passed since inception.
