Dear Bridgewater Homeowners,

As many of you know, the pool gate access system is not working. The Reserve at Bridgewater Association has been investigating the issue diligently. They have just informed the Bridgewater Board that the electronic access system is beyond repair. At this time, the Board is providing all eligible homeowners a copy of the pool gate key. This key opens the gate handle, not the deadbolt. Once received please keep this key for pool access until further notice. Each home only gets one key. Please do not lose it or make copies. Replacement keys are $25 and can be obtained by calling or emailing Sentry Management.

All keys not yet picked have been mailed to current due members.

The pool is an asset to both the Bridgewater and Reserve neighborhoods. Please encourage all neighbors to take care of it. If you notice any person(s) vandalizing the gate, restrooms, pool furniture, or any other component please report it to the county sheriff and our management company immediately.
