Welcome to all the new move-ins, and we hope you enjoy this great neighborhood. Our HOA Board wanted to update you on a few things, and ask for your help in a couple others.
- First off, the Pool is OPEN through Labor Day (September 2nd). Please observe the posted rules, and help protect this wonderful common area that we share with The Reserves at Bridgewater. The metal keys (mailed last summer) open the gate; if you have misplaced yours, get a new one from the Sentry Mgmt at Keystone Crossing for $25, or have it mailed for an additional $10. Contact kschowe@sentrymgt.com with any questions.
- After substantial, lengthy study and coordination, we are very close to improving the drainage for the playground area off Wayfield Drive. The final step of that project will be refilling the area with substantial mulch for children’s safety. Your patience here is appreciated!
- We have also installed a streetlight on the existing power pole at the Trailside entrance to better illuminate that entrance/exit.
- In the next few months, Williams Tree Service will be pruning trees and vegetation (in and behind the neighborhood) that encroach on the Hendricks Power poles and lines. If this applies to you or your property, you are ENCOURAGED to be proactive. ? Enough said.
- Check out our website at: https://www.bridgewateravon.com/. There is good information there, especially from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). For approval for a new fence or paint scheme, who to call to repair your mailbox, etc., please look there first.
- THANK YOU to all who have diligently kept their properties, sidings, lawns, sidewalks, garage/coach lights, and mailboxes in good repair and attractive. If you need to break out that power washer and take care of some mold on the siding, you know what to do.
- We have not kept you as updated as we wanted to (and should have) recently, but want this letter to be the first step in correcting that process. To that end, if you are interested in helping us update information on electronic media (e.g. NextDoor Bridgewater, our website, Mail Chimp distribution list, etc.) please let us know. WE NEED YOUR HELP! This HOA can only be as good as its volunteers and members.
- That’s it for now. Annual HOA meeting comes up this October. Anyone desiring to run for a position on the HOA Board, feel free to call us with any questions or for more information.
