Bridgewater Residents:
The Bridgewater HOA Board is aware that there have been recent issues with the pool cards not working with the gate and other instances where the gate malfunctions and stays open. As the management company for Bridgewater HOA, Sentry Management has reported these issues as well as the issues with the pool cleanliness to the management company for the Reserves at Bridgewater, Community Association Services of Indiana (CASI) throughout the 2017 pool season. According to the association’s governing documents, the Reserves at Bridgewater HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas shared jointly between the communities which include the swimming pool as well as the shared park and ponds. Based on reports from the manager at CASI they have already made several attempts to resolve the issues with the pool cards malfunctioning and fixing the lock on the gate this pool season. Sentry Management and the Bridgewater HOA Board have requested to know how the Reserves at Bridgewater Board plans to handle monitoring resident admittance into the pool while the gates are malfunctioning and they have responded that the pool may have to be closed temporarily while they resolve the issues with the gate. At this time Sentry Management and the Bridgewater HOA Board are not aware that the pool has been officially closed however in the event the pool is closed another notice will be posted on the website for all residents to see.
If you have questions or concerns regarding the pool please contact CASI as 317-875-5600 so the Reserves at Bridgewater Board and manager are aware of the issues as soon as they arise.
Thank you,
Bridgewater HOA
