About the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The ARC exists to maintain harmony in the community based on the approved covenants.
If you want to make changes to your property, based on the covenants, you must submit the below form for approval. Note that any changes to a property without approval of the ARC will be subject to change at the homeowner’s expense.
ARC Application
Before beginning any architectural changes to your property, please ensure that the changes have been reviewed and approved by the ARC. Please review the Guidelines linked below.
A copy of your plot plan can be obtained from Hendricks County if you did not receive one when you purchased your home.

Note: ARC requests are processed by Sentry Management. To ensure prompt review of ARC requests, please do not send them directly to ARC members or HOA Board Members or use the website contact form to submit requests. Please use one of the methods below to submit your ARC request.
